Hurricane Express Wash

DO NOT recommend. I spent $26 on the Category 5, the highest level and the result was not a clean vehicle. Not even close. I didn’t think going through again would make a difference; so, I took my truck home and washed it. A waste of my money.

Absolutely do NOT recommend, spent $26 on the Category 5+, the highest level. Only to find out its no different from their cheapest option the Category 3! The car was barely touched by the tunnel, rear bumper is left with dirt collection, the wheels aren't even touched, even bird fecal matter on the fender was just smeared! If I just got their cheaper washes I wouldn't be complaining, it's the fact I spend $26 for this!

I have to give a shout out to a the most helpful polite, young man with character you typically don’t see or experience in today’s youth at that is Christian Travis, at this location. He didn’t once shy away from assisting me when I visited this car wash. The car wash was awesome but what stood out the most was their intellect in hiring this young man!! I hope you know the value you have in him and don’t take it for granted!! Thank you again for all your help in helping me clean my daughter’s car up. Tammie I will be back!!!

It's a NO for me! I wanted to like this place because it's close to home. However, my first visit ended with dissatisfaction with my $20 car wash. It was late so I took the loss. This time (6/3/23), I selected again the $20 wash! The tires look horrible and are not evenly washed and shined. On top of that, I had to ask for the scrub brush due to the bugs. The young man wasn't able to do it as the car was on track to move forward. I looped back around and asked if I could get a rewash. He was so respectful and allowed the rewash. I told him it's bugs still all over the windshield and front. Still no brush! Rewash is just as bad as the first wash. Respectful young people working there. With that, the wash is not worth $20.

I took my Ram Truck through two times on 23 Jan 2022 at 2:15 in the afternnon. The first time, I had to tell them that I subscribe for the highest level wash because they were gonna send it through at a lower level but, my windshield was still dirty after the wash, so I informed the only attendant, who seems to care little about his job, that my windshield was still dirty. He hit me again and sent it through. There are still some bug guts on the windshield, but the real problem is the tailgate. The last three times I took my truck through, the tailgate only gets a cursory brush by the attendant and the brushes in the wash itself failed to clean it. I'm gonna start looking for a new/better business I guess. The photos don't show the dirt as the sun angle is poor but here they are. Went back yesterday. I spoke with the prep guy and told him about the last experience. He assured me that he would ensure it was right this time. Got home...same result. VERY disappointing. To top it off, they don't seem to care about poor service or reviews. After reading all the reviews, not a single reply or attempt to contact any of the people with issues.
